community care

Our community care efforts are at the heart of what we do. From Support Groups to our Free Store and Outreach, we’re committed to walking alongside sex workers and survivors with compassion, dignity, and care.

Each program provides low-barrier, judgment-free access to connection, community, and essential resources.

Support Groups

Connection and healing in community.

Our Support Groups bring people together in a safe, welcoming space to share experiences, listen, and build connections. These groups are free, meet bi-weekly, and are open virtually to anyone within our demographics, including those in the sex industry and survivors of sex trafficking. Each group is guided by trained facilitators who help maintain a respectful, confidential, and supportive space.

Who Support Groups Are For
Support Groups may be a good fit if you:

  • Want to feel less isolated while navigating challenges

  • Are looking to connect with peers who share lived experiences

  • Value encouragement, accountability, and a safe community

  • Prefer a group setting over one-on-one advocacy

How It Works

  • Meetings: Groups meet bi-weekly at a set time (virtual only)

  • Peer Support: Share, listen, and learn from others

  • Safe Space: Confidentiality and respect are always upheld

  • Optional Referrals: Members can request additional resource support if needed

Why It Matters
Healing and growth don’t have to happen alone. Our Support Groups create space to:

  • Reflect and share at your own comfort level

  • Listen and learn from others’ experiences

  • Build mutual connections grounded in care and respect

  • Find encouragement and tools for your next steps

Free Store

Essential items. Safe access. Community care.

Our monthly Free Store provides participants in our Direct Care Programs, as well as self-identifying sex workers and sex trafficking survivors, with free access to essential items that promote stability and self-worth. Our monthly Free Stores currently operate in Las Vegas, NV, and Portland, OR.

We believe that meeting basic needs with quality items helps encourage confidence and pride, key components of healing.

Available Items Include:

  • Period products (tampons, pads, panty liners, period underwear)

  • Household cleaning supplies (dish soap, paper towels, spray cleaners)

  • Shelf-stable food (rice, soups, granola bars)

  • Hair care products (shampoo, conditioner, brushes, combs)

  • Personal hygiene products (deodorant, razors, nail clippers, body wipes)

Every donation makes a tangible difference. You can support our Free Store directly through our Amazon Wishlist.

Outreach

Meeting people where they are with care and compassion.

Our Outreach efforts enable us to connect intentionally with our community, build trust, provide tangible support, and share information about our programs.

During outreach events, our teams distribute hygiene kits and essential items while creating space for conversation and connection. Outreach is often the first step in forming relationships and helping participants access longer-term support, such as Advocacy, Referrals, or Mentorship.

Who Outreach Supports
Outreach may be right for you if you:

  • Want to learn more about our organization and available programs

  • Could use essential items like hygiene kits or period products

  • Aren’t ready for a structured program but want an initial connection

  • Value low-barrier, judgment-free support in community spaces

How It Works

  • Community Presence: Our outreach teams attend community events to connect directly

  • Resource Distribution: We provide tangible, high-need items

  • Information Sharing: We share details on how to access additional programs

  • Relationship Building: Outreach is about connection, not commitment

Why It Matters
Not everyone is ready or able to step into a structured program right away. Outreach ensures that:

  • Immediate needs are met with care

  • Our community knows where to turn for safe support

Relationships can grow over time, at the participant’s pace
