Mentorship Program

What Is the Mentorship Program?

The Mentorship Program offers ongoing connection and encouragement for participants within the sex industry under any circumstances. Seeking community and accountability without formal goal-setting or resource guidance.

Mentorship provides a confidential, judgment-free space to share reflections, celebrate progress, and talk through everyday challenges. It’s about building consistent, supportive connections that motivate confidence and personal growth.

Who This Program Supports

Mentorship may be a good fit if you:

  • Want steady, supportive connection with a trusted peer mentor

  • Prefer open conversation and encouragement over structured goal work

  • Value consistency, accountability, and community care

  • Feel that regular check-ins would help you stay grounded and connected

How It Works

  1. Match with a Mentor – You’ll be paired with a trained Mentor who understands the importance of safe, trauma-informed support.

  2. Regular Conversations – Meet on a schedule that works for you and your Mentor (often bi-weekly).

  3. Open Space – Share what’s on your mind, talk through challenges, or just connect in a supportive environment.

  4. Boundaries in Place – Mentorship is not 24/7 or emergency-based, but it does provide steady, reliable connection.

Why Mentorship Matters

Sometimes, what we need most is someone to walk beside us. Not to fix or plan, just to show up with care. Mentorship offers:

  • A listening ear and shared understanding, not advice or counseling

  • Consent-based check-ins that honor your comfort and boundaries

  • A community space to share life’s ups and downs at your own pace

  • Encouragement that reminds you, you’re not alone

How to Know If Mentorship Is Right for You

The Mentorship Program is ideal if you:

  • Are not seeking specific resource referrals or goal-oriented work

  • Would like regular conversations with a consistent support person

  • Want encouragement, connection, and a safe space to talk

  • Feel like community and companionship are what you need right now

If you’re looking to set and achieve personal goals, our Advocacy Program may be a better fit.
