ACT Now is our month-long nationwide initiative inviting businesses, makers, and community partners to take real action against sex trafficking and for survivor support.
Throughout January, partners across the country commit a portion of sales, create limited-edition products, or host small fundraisers, all to help fund trauma-informed, judgment-free services for some of the most underserved communities in the U.S.
Seasonal Makers Market
Spring & Winter – Portland, Oregon, and SW Washington
Our Seasonal Makers Market is a community-centered crafting event featuring local Portland makers, artists, and small businesses. By supporting the market, you’re helping fund the essential services we provide to sex workers and survivors while also uplifting the local creative community.
This twice-a-year market is the perfect way to discover new artists, shop intentionally, and learn more about our work in Oregon and SW Washington.
Trivia Takeover Fundraiser
Portland, Oregon – Hosted by Mayfly Taproom & The Cupcake Girls
Trivia Takeover is a community event where attendees can spend an evening with our team, enjoy lighthearted trivia rounds, share laughs, and connect over cupcakes. The event includes raffle giveaways and prizes for the first- and second-place teams, made possible through support from Mayfly Taproom.
All donations collected during the Trivia Takeover benefit The Cupcake Girls’ programs in Portland and SW Washington, helping sustain accessible, trauma-informed services for participants in the region.

Annual 4-Week Peer-to-Peer Fundraising Campaign
Change Takes Action is our annual four-week peer-to-peer fundraising campaign focused on community involvement and shared impact. Throughout this month-long effort, volunteers, supporters, and partners help raise funds by creating individual fundraising pages and sharing why this work matters to them.
The campaign helps sustain the essential, trauma-informed services The Cupcake Girls provides in Las Vegas, Portland, and across our national network. Funds raised during Change Takes Action support ongoing programs that positively impact hundreds of participants each year.

Our Specialty Events bring people together through unforgettable, creative, and community-driven gatherings. These include Superbloom, Adult Proms, Cupcake Cabarets, Private Dinners, and a rotating lineup of one-of-a-kind experiences hosted throughout the year.
